Criminals use manipulation tactics via phone, email, and in-person to trick people into revealing confidential information in order to gain access to their bank accounts or cards.
Presidential Bank and the American Bankers Association are helping to educate customers on how to use checks safely, and to explore alternatives to checks entirely. We support this campaign with the aim of reducing fraud and in the hopes of increasing customer trust.
